Infusing various flavors into specific types of foods is a great way to create something that is unique. One great option is to use an existing wine and infuse it with a floral scent.

The basic ingredients that will be used to make an infused wine can be found at a local grocery store or at any supermarket. You will want to use white wine as this will work the best to taste the infused elements. Just pick a white wine that you enjoy, and it doesn’t need to be an expensive bottle.

Making infused wine at home will require using suitable containers. Mason jars will work great as there is a sealable lid. However, a plastic container can also work for this project. The time that is needed for all the ingredients to fully infuse will be about one week.

When you are ready to sample your infused wine, then it needs to be filtered. You may use cheesecloth or simply pour the mixture through a basic coffee filter. Make sure to save the bottle from the wine you used for this project as it can be used as the perfect container to keep the wine in your refrigerator.
