Updating the look of standard glass tumblers is a great way to have unique items without having to pay for similar items that are really pricey. You can do this with regular glass tumblers that can be found in various retail stores. Another option is to use old glasses in your kitchen if you want to make a set of marbled tumblers.

Creating your own marbled tumblers is not as difficult as it may seem. If you are familiar with the way that Easter eggs are decorated, then the process will seem really similar.

You have the option to create the marbled effect on your glasses using any color you prefer. The most common is black, but an assortment of colors can be used.

The only thing you do not want to do is get any of the solution inside the glasses. Nail polish will be used to create the look of your marbled tumblers, but it is dangerous to ingest.

You might not want to put your marbled tumblers in a regular dishwasher. The reason is the marble effect can become muted or even ruined due to the high heat. Hand washing is the best way to make sure you do not destroy the marble effect of your new tumblers.

Instructions to make your own marbled tumblers are found on madefrompinterest.net here…
